WELDING
Striving for production efficiency and the tightest quality tolerances in the industry has led us to invest in state-of-the-art welding equipment. From robotic welding, to in-line welding on the roll forming equipment, we are well equipped to execute challenging and precision welds with consistency.
ENTRY LINES
We're excited to introduce the ARKU Coil Roll Forming Entry Lines, a game-changer in coil preparation technology. This system ensures continuous production with minimal downtime and integrates decoiling, leveling, coil end welding, and pre-punching into one efficient line. The Weldomatic® coil end welding machine allows for coil changes in under two minutes, reducing downtime and material usage by up to 400%. This new technology boosts our production speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, reinforcing our commitment to delivering faster and superior results.
WATER JET
CNC Waterjet Cutting is a technique by which high pressure steam of water containing abrasive particles is used to cut shapes without having to do any secondary finishing. It is cost effective and all materials are maximized to full usage. This method can be used to cut a variety of materials of different thicknesses and densities.
PEM INSERTING
We have invested in the most technologically advanced press systems available in the industry for installing self-clinching fasteners. The benefits are great allowing for better installation speed, improved quality and consistency, and cost reduction.
CNC BRAKE PRESS
Our state-of-the-art Amada Brake Press machinery offers an extraordinarily wide range of press forces and press beam lengths and a high level of energy efficiency. This means faster part processing, higher precision, and consistent angle accuracy for all bends.
QUALITY CONTROL
Premium equipment, the best tooling, quality materials, and nearly 50 years of experience with a focus on precision have given us a reputation for producing premium quality products, delivered on time and as expected, every time. Additionally our numerous in house quality control procedures ensure all items meet our tight tolerances.
CNC PUNCHING
Our leading sheet metal processing machinery allows for unmatched performance and productivity while working with thin or thick materials alike. It's productivity enhancing tools virtually eliminates secondary processing making the process cost effective and energy efficient.
IN HOUSE MACHINE SHOP
Our skilled and experienced team of machinists and fabricators is always on site to tend to any breakdowns, routine maintenance and our tooling and quality control needs.
With several types of lathes, mills, and other specific tools to address any challenges we may encounter, our in house machine shop minimizes down time and keeps production running smoothly.
INTEGRATED PROCESSES
We have integrated many additional processes to increase and improve line productivity. Punching, cut-off, embossing, lancing welding, part marking, stitching, wing bending, stacking and bundling are just some of the operations that can be assimilated into our state-of-the-art roll forming lines.
IN HOUSE TOOL DESIGN CAPABILITIES
With a team of engineers, designers, and machinists who all work under the same roof, we have the ability to take projects from concept to delivery no matter the complexity . These highly trained professionals use the latest software and have advanced training to fully understand how to maximize the complexities of our advanced machinery.
ASSEMBLY & CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING
More than just a producer of parts, we work closely with each of our customers to meet their varying needs and demands. One such service that limits secondary handling and allows customers to maximize their production resources is the ability to complete varying levels of assembly before it leaves our facility.
JUST IN TIME
Understanding the unique needs and working in partnership with our clients is something that has led to long standing relationships with many of our clients. One such way we assist customers is managing inventory deliveries to meet Just In Time production needs. This allows for managing inventory, cutting costs, and decreasing waste.
